A Gentle Reminder: You’re Not Alone in This
A Gentle Reminder: You’re Not Alone in This"✨✨
Last weekend, my friend Lisa and I held a conversation called “Money & Spirituality: A Conversation from the Heart.” It wasn’t a presentation. It wasn’t a workshop. Just two humans talking—openly, honestly—about our tangled, tender relationships with money.
We spoke as people who’ve practiced meditation for decades…
…who’ve also juggled bills, deadlines, family needs, and personal longings.
We’ve been caregivers, teachers, artists, coaches—sometimes all at once.
What we shared is this:
Working with your relationship to money isn’t selfish.
It’s not shallow.
And it doesn’t mean you have to get it all figured out.
It simply means creating a little more space inside.
Space to notice the “not enough” voices.
Space to question the pressure.
Space to turn toward yourself with kindness.
When you do that, something begins to soften.
You start choosing differently—not from fear or shame, but from care.
You live a little lighter.
You consume a little less.
You give a little more freely.
That’s what we mean when we say:
Healing our money wounds is medicine for the Earth.
So if you’ve been feeling stretched, scattered, or quietly ashamed about some part of your financial life—please know this:
You are not alone.
You’re not doing it wrong.
And you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
We’re all just trying to love better.
To care more wisely.
To live in a way that feels true.
Let this be a small sanctuary in your inbox.
A breath.
A reminder.
You’re already on the path.
With warmth,
